Shin Kao is able to control every part of the manufacturing process, from in-house tooling and molds to manufacturing quality components to final product assemblies. We have a strong engineering team that can provide clients with engineering design support and cost reduction ideas on how to simplify manufacturing of parts. Shin Kao was originally founded in Taipei, Taiwan in 1980 and our factory operations was further expanded into Malaysia in 1989. We specialized in stamping, punch pressing, hardware processing before further expanding into Dongguan, China in 1995. In 2012, China became our primary manufacturing facility as we developed into an OEM/ODM one stop solution manufacturer.
Over the years, we have assisted clients from design planning to manufacturing and assembly to packaging and shipping. This includes being actively involved with emerging product development projects and assisting with patent designs.
